Event Details
Start the New Year off with some chess!
 
Come join OSCO and the OCA for a 5-round rated tournament. Students and adults are both welcome.
 
We'll meet at the OKC downtown library (300 N. Park Ave) on Friday, January 2nd, from 9:00 amd to 5:00 pm. We'll play 5 rated games.
 
Cost is $15, but if you register online, we'll reduce the cost to $7.50.

Concessions will be for sale. Boards, sets, and clocks will be provided.
 
We will have 3 sections:
K-6 Under 700
K-12 Under 1000
Premier and Adults
 
Time controls are G/30 for all sections. Games will be rated by Chess Express; no USCF membership is required.
 
Prizes for the top individuals, top teams, and top parent-child combination.
 
By registering online, you agree to the following statement:
 
All children and their property are solely the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times at this tournament. In consdieration of this tournament entry on this day, of which I acknowledge, I release the tournament entrant, myself and all successors and assigns, the Tournament Organizer (Wilson Arts Integration School PTA) and Tournament Site Owner (Metropolitan Library Association) and all the officers, agents, successors and assigns of the above second parties, from all claims for personal injury or property damage related to this tournament.
 
This tournament is run by the Wilson Arts Integration School PTA and sponsored by the Metropolitan Library Association.
